TOPIC: Italy Limit

Italy Limit 20 Feb 2017 12:59 #1

Hi, my name is Mirko and I brew beer since 2015.
I'm sorry for my bad English.
In Italy we haven't a limit of litres in our homebrew production.
The only rule is the beer brewed at home for personal use can't be sold.
The exactly law article says:
" E' esente da accisa la birra prodotta da un privato e consumata dallo
stesso produttore, dai suoi familiari e dai suoi ospiti, a condizione che non
formi oggetto di alcuna attivita' di vendita"

It can be traduced like this:
"It's free from excise (tax) beer produced by a private individual and consumed by
the producer himself, his family and his guests, provided that no
is the subject of any sale's activities"

Complete law: www.fire-italia.org/prova/wp-content/upl...sto-unico-accise.pdf
Extract copy here is article 34 point 3 at page 33
