This tool estimates aging effect on alpha acid content of stored hops.
Calculations were inspired by Hop Storage article published on MoreBeer! site.

  • Choose hop variety. Optionally correct original alpha and HSI values (Hop Storage Index - average percent of alpha lost during 6 months hop storage in constant temperature 20°C / 68°F).
  • Specify hop storage conditions (storage temperature, time, packaging).
